Hawaii '05

In June of '05, Toya, Kellyn, Blaze and I went to visit Chip and Jessica Payne in Oahu, Hawaii. We had so much fun. We stayed eight nights and it was the most beautiful, serene place I had ever laid my eyes on. Going to the beach and sightseeing was some of our most favorite things to do but the day that will stick out in my head the most when thinking of this trip is the day we spent out at the sand bar. This is a raised bar in the middle of the ocean where people pull up their boats and dock all day long while they listen to music, snorkel, cook-out, spinnaker, etc. It was a great day. We also had a great time staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hawaiian hotel on Waikiki. It was beautiful. We had a vacation of a lifetime and we would definitely like to go back someday!!
Congratulations to the Houchin Family!!

The Houchins are the proud parents of a new baby boy. His name is Kutter Kash and he was born at 7:28pm on Tuesday, September 12th at Covenant Lakeside in Lubbock, TX. He weighed 6lbs. 6oz. Mom and baby are both doing fine.

Hang in There

This post is dedicated to my good friend Emily Houchin, whom is six short days away from giving birth to her third precious boy, Kutter. She is DONE!! In other words, she wants that baby out of her tummy. I want him out of her tummy, too so I can hold him and actually see him. Hang in there, Em. Love you, girl!!

The top picture was taken at a Halloween party in '04, the middle picture was taken at my 34th birthday celebration and the bottom one was taken at Em's house last Halloween.
